Day 1: Drive to Jinja; Source of The Nile, take sporting activities.
After breakfast in Kampala, our company representative drives you to Jinja. You will have a short visit to Ssezibwa Falls in Mukono and admire the natural beauty and the wonders of the falls. Be here for about an hour and proceed to Jinja going through the thick Mabira Forest along the way. You will drive straight to the source of the Nile that a British explorer, John Speke discovered. After here, you will for Horse-riding for two hours and later Quad Biking for an hour. Spend your overnight and enjoy dinner at Jinja Nile Resort or Hotel Triangle.
Day 2: White Water Rafting return to Kampala
You will wake early, take your breakfast and head for white water rafting on River Nile. You enjoy white water rafting for a full day and return to Kampala in the evening. Overnight Hotel Africana.
Day 3: Drive to Murchison Falls National Park
Set off from Kampala for Murchison Falls National Park. You will drive via Luwero, Nakasongola and Masindi district. The trip will provide you with vast eye-catching panoramas and then arrive at the park in the afternoon. Drive to the top of the falls where the Nile perfects its splendor. Here you will see the calm Nile dipping its self through a narrow gap to fall a gap of about 150 ft down mixing up out a loud roar of white water, an incredible view! Cross over to the park by ferry for dinner and overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge.
Murchison Falls National Park is Uganda’s largest national park measuring about 3,840 square kilometers (1,480 sq mi). The park is part of the 5,308 square kilometers (2,049 sq mi) Murchison Falls Conservation Area (MFCA). Murchison Falls National Park is located in Masindi District in western Uganda and in Amuru in northern Uganda. The park is a habitat to the large African wild animals including: Water buffalo, elephant, Crocodile, Lion, Leopard, Hippopotamus, Antelope, Giraffes, Uganda Kob, Oribi and other animals. The Nile River, within the park, is a home of variety of water birds, including the unusual Shoe bill stork.
Day 4: Game Drive Tour, Launch Cruise
After breakfast, start the early morning game drive before dawn to catch up with the early risers. This exciting game drive will offer you with animals like the jackals, hyenas, giraffes, lions, antelopes, elephants and the Uganda kob among others. You will rest from the game drive for anything to eat and later lunch. The afternoon time will be for an open launch cruise. The boat trip will take you to the bottom of the falls where animals like the buffaloes, hippos, crocodiles, elephants and plenty of water birds like fish eagles and rare shoebills and many more will not escape your sight. Retire for overnight and dinner.
Day 5: Chimpanzee Trekking in Budongo
Get ready for an early excursion to Budongo Forest. You will take part in an early morning walk in this vast forest where you will get to see a variety of primates and chimpanzees. This forest has one of the highest primate concentrations in the whole world. You will see families of chimpanzees, baboons, colobus monkeys and other primates swinging freely between the forest trees. Retreat back to the lodge for a rest.
Day 6:Drive to Fort Portal Town.
Wake up in the morning, take breakfast and set off Fort Portal town where you will have an overnight at the Mountain of the Moon Hotel.
Day 7: Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, take a boat Cruise on Kazinga Channel.
Wake up mid-morning, take breakfast and leave for Queen Elizabeth Park. Arrive during lunch hours. Take lunch and go for an afternoon boat cruise of Kazinga Channel. Expect to see lots of birds and animals in the water and along the channel shoreline. Return to the lodge in the evening. Overnight at Ihamba Lakeside Safari Lodge, Mweya Safari Lodge or Enganzi Lodge.
Day 8: Take a morning Game Drive and leave for Lake Bunyonyi.
Enjoy an early-morning game drive and then set off for Lake Bunyonyi. Arrive in the afternoon, check-in the lodge and then have lunch, then after take a brief rest before going for an evening canoe ride on the lake. Overnight at Bunyonyi Overland Resort.
Day 9: Mountain Biking and Village walk
In the morning, after breakfast, you will start mountain biking and in the afternoon after lunch, head for community walk or village visits. You will appreciate the ways of life of the people around the lake as you also admire the beautiful nature of the nice hills of Kabale. Retire top lodge for overnight. Overnight at Bunyonyi Overland Resort.
Day 10: Drive to Kampala, stop in Mbarara for lunch.
Set off for Kampala and have a lunch stop in Mbarara town. Overnight at Hotel Africana in Kampala.
Day 11: Airport Transfer
This day is for airport transfer for your departure.
